We do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances (due to hygiene reasons).

We will accept a return if the product has a manufacturing fault and photo evidence is provided. She's Happy V Steam will offer a customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:

1: A replacement product or exchange. In this case, She's Happy V Steam shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged product to the customer.

2: A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs - if applicable at the time of purchase). Once the product received we issue the refund within 1-3 business days. Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.
